I just wanted to share my invention of the day: The Brasberry!
- 1 blueberry (sweet)
- 1 rasberry (sweet or tart)
Here are the instructions:
- Hold the rasberry in your left hand.
- Hold the blueberry in your right hand.
- Carefully put the blueberry inside the rasberry.
- Eat and enjoy.
For best results, pair the blueberries and rasberries that fit best together so the rasberries don’t break. Also, choose blueberries and rasberries at the peak of their season when they are bursting with flavor. The two flavors mix splendidly for a treat that adults and children will enjoy.
Brasberries are very flexible and can be used in many different ways. For example, consider the dish I call “a brasberry trio” shown below.
If you try this, let me know what you think. Do you have a new brasberry dish idea? If so, share it here!
